Stir-fried Tofu with Celery Leaves

Cut the tofu into small cubes and the carrot into small cubes. Wash the celery leaves and marinate them with salt for 5-10 minutes.

Wash the marinated celery leaves with water, then dry the water, and chop them.

When the oil in the pot is hot, add the tofu and diced carrots and fry until the surface of the tofu is slightly browned. Add a small amount of sugar, salt and oyster sauce to fry a few times.
4.
Stir fry with celery leaves.
5.
Finally add a few drops of sesame oil out of the pot.
