Stir-fried Tofu with Garlic Sprouts

Remove the roots of garlic sprouts, wash, and slice ginger

Cut the white part of the garlic sprouts first

Cut the tofu into 2 cm square pieces

Add a tablespoon of cooking oil to a frying pan to heat, and fry the tofu until it turns yellow on both sides.
