Stir-fried Tofu with Green Onions

For the raw materials, pinch the heads and tails of the scallions, wash and set aside.

Tofu, scallion slices, garlic slices but forgot to use.

To fry tofu in a pan, be patient and work hard.

Fry until golden on both sides and serve.

Fry the soft green onions with the remaining oil.

Mix the light soy sauce, cool garlic barbecue sauce, salt and water into the sauce and set aside.

Serve tofu.
