Stir-fried Tofu with Green Onions

Cut the tofu into strips and blanch them in boiling water for a few minutes.

Cut the green onions into fine strips.

After the wok is hot, wipe the wok with sliced ginger so that it will not stick to the pan when frying the tofu, then pour peanut oil, add the tofu when the oil is hot, and hold the wok back and forth a few times.

Fry the tofu on both sides until golden brown.

Add the chopped green onion, stir-fry, add salt and MSG, and it is ready to go out of the pot.
6.
Serve the fried tofu on a plate.
