Stir-fried Tofu with Green Pepper

Remove stalks, seeds and cut green peppers

Oily tofu cut in half

Add sugar, oyster sauce, light soy sauce and water to the bowl and stir well

Add vegetable oil to the pot, add chopped green onion and saute until fragrant
5.
Add green pepper and stir fry for 30 seconds

Add oily tofu and stir well

Pour in the sauce and stir-fry evenly. After the soup has thickened, pour in water starch and stir-fry quickly.
