Stir-fried Tofu with Homemade Green Peppers

Prepare a piece of old tofu, clean and slice it.

A chili pepper and a small handful of garlic sprouts, because there are no green onions in the house, I was thinking about slicing the garlic sprouts into a pot.

Cut the garlic sprouts into small pieces and shred the green peppers.

Heat up the pan and heat the garlic sprouts until fragrant.

Add tofu and fry until slightly golden on both sides.

Add the green pepper, add salt, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, stir fry evenly with Nande ingredients.

After two minutes of frying, add a little chicken essence and oyster sauce and stir fry evenly.
Tips:
1. It is best to add a little more oil to stir-fry tofu, and stir-fry on high heat, so that the tofu will not stick to the pan
2. Put the green pepper into the pot as late as possible, and don't fry for too long after putting it into the pot.
