Stir-fried Tofu with Parsley

1. Ingredients.

2. Wash parsley and cut into small pieces for later use.

3. Heat the pan with cold oil, pour the parsley stalks and stir fry.

4. Stir-fry for about five minutes and then soften. Add a little salt and stir-fry for a few times, then add the washed tofu and stir-fry.

5. After the oily tofu becomes soft, add celery leaves and stir fry for a while.

6. When the celery leaves are soft, turn off the heat and sprinkle some chicken essence to taste.

7. Take out the pan and serve.
