Stir-fried Tofu with Parsley

Wash parsley and cut into small pieces for later use.

Heat the pan with cold oil, pour the parsley stalks and stir fry.

Stir-fry for about five minutes and then soften. Add a little salt and stir-fry for a few times, then add the washed tofu and stir-fry.

After the oily tofu becomes soft, add celery leaves and stir fry for a while.
