#信之美# Stir-fried Tofu with Shredded Chicken and Garlic Sprouts

Prepare ingredients. Cut the garlic bulbs into small pieces, and shred carrots, chicken breast and dried tofu.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add the chicken breast shreds when the oil is hot, stir-fry it to change color and serve.

Put an appropriate amount of edible oil in the pot, add the chopped green onion in the oil, and then add the carrot shreds for stir-frying. Stir-fry the carrot with hot oil will help release its beta carotene. Then add garlic sprouts and dried tofu in turn, add salt and stir fry.

Add the chicken breast shreds, pour in oyster sauce, and stir-fry out of the pan.
