1.
Cut the northern tofu into small pieces.
2.
Preheat at 200° in an air fryer for 4 minutes. Put a piece of oiled paper, put the tofu into the pan, and fry for 10 minutes. The fried side is browned and beautiful. Turn it over and fry it for another 5 minutes.
3.
Put the fried tofu on the plate and set aside. Cut green onions into sections and set aside.
4.

5.
Prepare 20 grams of bacon tempeh. The seasoning is soy sauce.
6.
Heat the pan with cold oil, add the scallions and stir-fry the tempeh.
7.
When the bacon and tempeh have a dry aroma, add the fried tofu and stir fry together.
8.
Then add soy sauce to season, stir fry evenly.
9.
Add the leeks and continue to stir fry.
10.
Add millet pepper to increase the spiciness.
11.
Finally, add chicken powder and a little salt, turn off the heat, and stir well.

Serve and enjoy.
Tips:
Be cautious when adding salt, because tempeh is very salty.
