Stir-fried Tofu with Soybean Sprouts

1. The preparation materials are shown in the figure.

2. Cut the tofu into small cubes about 1 cm thick.

3. Cut the leeks into sections.

4. Fry the tofu in an electric baking pan or a frying pan until golden on both sides, and set aside.

5. Slice the carrots.
