Stir-fried Tomato Pork Ribs

Peel and chop tomatoes into sauce

High fire, add a little water to the pot

Put fresh spare ribs in the pot. The spare ribs do not need to be blanched. After adding the ribs, stir-fry on high heat until the water in the pot evaporates and the ribs get oily.

Add hot water, add enough water at a time, high heat, and after the water is boiled, add salt, sugar, ginger, and braised sauce. Do not cover the pot while it is boiling.

Boil until the water is low, pick out the ginger, harvest the juice on high heat, add the juice and stir fry, fry until the ribs are slightly oily, then put out the pan and serve.
