Stir-fried Tripe with Peppers and Onions

Ingredients: cooked tripe, onion (cleaned and cut), hot pepper (cleaned and cut)

Put the cooked tripe on the chopping board and cut open, set aside.

Heat the oil in the saucepan, add the sliced onions and hot peppers and stir fry.
