Stir-fried Twice Cooked Pork with Sweet Beans

1. Boil the pork belly in water until it is half cooked, remove the slices.

2. Fold off the ends of the sweet beans and wash them.

3. Put the meat slices into the pot and stir-fry on low heat to get the oil.

4. Add scallions and stir fry until fragrant.

5. Add the sweet beans and stir-fry until cooked, add salt, cooking wine, and light soy sauce to taste and stir well.

6. The beans are crispy and the pork belly is salty and delicious.
