Stir-fried Udon Noodles with Shrimp and Mixed Vegetables

Quasi-into fresh shrimp, colored pepper, snow peas and other materials

Peel the shrimp, remove the gut, and marinate for a while with salt, pepper and cooking wine

Mix the bacon with soy sauce, rinse the snow peas and bell peppers, and cut into pieces

Boil water in the pot and put in the udon noodles, beat the noodles, blanch for 1-2 minutes, pour out and rinse with cold water

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the wok, sauté the bacon slices and shrimp, add the vegetables and fry until cooked

Add udon noodles and stir fry, then add soy sauce. You can add appropriate amount of salt according to personal taste. I didn’t add salt myself. Finally, just drizzle a small amount of sesame oil before cooking.
Tips:
1. The method of easy peeling of fresh shrimp: put the fresh shrimp in the refrigerator for half an hour, then take it out and peel it;
2. Because of the bacon, don't put too much oil in the fried bacon and shrimp, so that the bacon will be a little bit oily, and it will not taste greasy;
3. Vegetables can be exchanged for favorite varieties.
