Recently I got a bag of Korean fans and wanted to eat stir-fried vegetables. But there is meat all over the house, I just want to be a vegetarian~ it tastes good~"

Stir-fried Vegetables

1. Preparation of ingredients~ The fan in the picture is the fan~ This fan in Korea is not easy to boil, I don’t know why, it will not be bad after cooking for a long time in the hot pot 😳 so buy it and try it~

2. Onions, vermicelli, carrots, mushrooms, eggs, and green peppers.

3. Boil half a pot of water, put the vermicelli after the water is boiled, and cook for three to four minutes to remove.

4. Put it in cold water for later use.

5. Shred green peppers and mushrooms.

6. Shred carrots and onions.

7. Beat the eggs and chop the garlic into minced garlic.

8. Spread the eggs into a pancake.

9. When it's cooler, cut into shreds and set aside.

10. Put the right amount of edible oil and sesame oil in the pot, the ratio is one to one. After adding the minced garlic and sautéing, add carrots and onions and stir fry until the color changes.

11. Add green peppers and mushrooms, add a little salt, and stir fry evenly.

12. Add vermicelli and egg shreds, add appropriate amount of salt and a little soy sauce for claypot rice, stir fry evenly.

13. Add a little chicken essence before serving, and stir well.

14. It's out of the pot~ Sprinkle some sesame seeds~ Stir-fried chicken fragrant.

Tips:

Normally, white onions and shiitake mushrooms are used~ shiitake mushrooms have a strong taste, but if they don’t have one at home, just make do with it 😂
