Stir-fried Vegetables with Mushrooms

Wash the shiitake mushrooms and green vegetables for later use.

Cut shiitake mushrooms into slices, and cut green onions into small pieces.

Add edible oil to the wok. When the oil is hot, pour in shallots and stir fry for a fragrance.

Pour in the shiitake mushrooms, add the light soy sauce, and stir fry for about three minutes.

Pour the greens.

Stir-fry for two minutes, add salt, and stir-fry for a few more times to get out of the pot.

Tips:
Fry the shiitake mushrooms for two or three minutes more to make it more fragrant. Add the salt last. If you like the spicy taste, you can add an appropriate amount of chili.
