Stir-fried Vegetables with Tofu in Oil

Cut the tofu into slices about one centimeter thick.

Put oil in the pot, and put more oil in the right amount. Fry the tofu piece by piece until one side turns yellow, then turn it over.

After fried on both sides, put it on the plate.
