Stir-fried Vermicelli with Cabbage

Chopped cabbage, minced garlic and ginger.

Put the vermicelli into the pot and cook for 8 to mature.

Put all the seasonings in a bowl, stir well and set aside.

Put the cabbage in a pot of boiling water and blanch for half a minute.
5.
Heat oil in the pot, add minced ginger and minced garlic to fry until fragrant.

Put the vermicelli and cabbage together and stir quickly with chopsticks.
7.
Put in a good sauce.
8.
Stir fry quickly for one minute, so as to keep the taste of the dish crisp.
9.
Serve and eat.
