I remember seeing a cabbage stir-fried together with vermicelli in a restaurant. It costs more than 20 yuan to make a nice name. I thought to myself what's the matter! How easy it is to do it yourself! So I went home and tried it by myself. The vermicelli was gone. The vermicelli I used worked pretty well. It would be better if you add some dried chili to the spicy one. "

Stir-fried Vermicelli with Cabbage

1. Prepare the ingredients: cabbage, vermicelli, green onion, ginger, pork, salt, light soy sauce, and nine-three corn germ oil.

2. First, boil a pot of boiling water, put the vermicelli in it for a few 30 times, and then soak in cold water.

3. Shred cabbage, pork, and green onion and ginger.

4. Grab the pork shreds with light soy sauce and starch.

5. Heat up the wok and add corn germ oil. After the oil is hot, add the shredded pork and stir fry.

6. When the shredded pork changes color, add green onion and ginger until fragrant.

7. Add shredded cabbage and stir fry

8. When the cabbage shreds become soft, add the vermicelli to control the moisture and stir fry

9. Add 15ml light soy sauce and stir well

10. Add another 2 grams of salt

11. Stir-fry evenly before serving.

Tips:

1 Do not burn the fans, the taste will be bad.
2The cabbage can be sautéed for a little while, but the taste is not good.
3 If you eat spicy food, use dried chili to cook the pot for better results.
