Stir-fried vermicelli with minced pork, using mung bean vermicelli, soak in boiling water in advance, rinse and cook. I like to season the minced pork with salt, cooking wine and egg white, so that the fried minced meat will not have a scumbag taste. This dish has a smooth texture and delicious taste. I like to enjoy it as a staple food.

Stir-fried Vermicelli with Minced Meat

1. Seasoned minced pork and vermicelli

2. The vermicelli is soaked in boiling water in advance and then washed and picked up

3. Take the required chopped peppers and chopped green onions

4. Hot pot pour oil

5. Add the minced meat in warm oil and fry until the color changes

6. Add chopped peppers and stir fry until fragrant

7. Pour the vermicelli and add soy sauce

8. Stir-fry evenly, add a little boiled water to let the ingredients fuse, then add oil and chili, stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat and bring out the pan

9. Put it in a bowl and sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve

Tips:

1. Chopped peppers and oiled peppers are my favorites, you can change them according to your own taste
2. During the stir-frying process, add a little boiled water to make the ingredients blend so that the taste is more delicious
