Stir-fried Vermicelli with Sweet Bamboo Shoots

Boil a pot of water in a boiling pot, add the vermicelli and cook for one minute, then turn off the heat and let it soak for ten minutes, then remove it for use.

Remove the skin of the sweet bamboo shoots and cut into shredded bamboo shoots.

Chop some chopped green onions for later use.

Heat the wok, pour the oil to heat, add two spoons of oyster sauce and stir fry.

Add the bamboo shoots and stir fry.

Pour in a small amount of water and bring to a boil.

Add the vermicelli and stir fry evenly.

Taste, add an appropriate amount of salt and stir fry evenly.
9.
Add the chopped green onion and stir-fry evenly before serving.
Tips:
Oyster sauce contains salt, so you have to taste it before deciding on the amount of salt. Oyster sauce has an umami taste and you don’t need to put MSG or chicken essence.
