Stir-fried White Clams with Double Pepper

Add oil to the pot and sauté the onion, ginger, and garlic.

Wash the white clams, put them in a pot, and stir fry.

Add salt, soy sauce, sugar, a little cooking wine and stir fry. The fire dried up after the water was discharged. The white clams are all opened to taste and come out of the pot.
4.
Serve out of the pot.
