Stir-fried Winter Bamboo Shoots

Prepare the ingredients

Prepare ginger slices and garlic leaves

Chicken mixed in a pot under cold water, add 2 slices of ginger and 20 ml of cooking wine, cover and boil, then cook for 2 minutes.
