Stir-fried Winter Bamboo Shoots with Black Fungus

1. Soak the black fungus in advance, just a little bit, so 50g is ready

2. Winter bamboo shoots sliced

3. Boil water in a pot to reduce the astringency of winter bamboo shoots

4. Carrot slices

5. Thinly sliced pork belly
