Stir-fried Yam
1.
Sliced yam, sliced bell pepper, fungus, sliced mushrooms.

Celery and carrot slices.
3.
Scallion ginger garlic pepper is prepared.
4.
Put oil in a pot and sauté the onion, ginger, garlic and pepper.
5.
Discard the scallion, ginger, garlic, and pepper, leave the fried yam and carrots, and then add other vegetables.
6.
Add salt and stir-fry the five-spice powder.
