Stir-fried Yellow Beef

After washing the beef, remove the fascia, cut into small 0.5cm or chop into meat fillings, and marinate with a small amount of cooking wine

Cut coriander, shiitake mushrooms, and green peppers into small cubes for later use

Small red peppers (fresh, not dried peppers) cut into small circles

Add a small amount of oil to the pan, pour the beef and stir-fry, weigh out after the beef changes color

Add a small amount of oil to the pot, add minced ginger and small red pepper rings and stir fry for a fragrance

Pour in beef and continue to stir-fry, then add mushrooms, stir-fry for a while, then add green peppers, and finally add coriander and stir-fry

Pour in one and a half spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of sugar, half a spoon of salt, taste, and finally add chicken essence to the pan
Tips:
This dish was fried for dinner and some rice was left. I got up in the morning and put the vegetables in a small bowl and steamed them in a rice cooker together with steamed buns. The steamed buns are super delicious.
