Stir-fried Yuba

1. Soak the yuba in warm water in advance, drain the water for later use
2. Slowly stir the yuba without heat under hot oil
3. When the yuba is dried and turned yellow, take it out and set aside
4. Leave the bottom oil in the pot, sauté minced ginger garlic and dried chili until fragrant
5. Add the fried yuba
6. Add salt
7. Pour in a little light soy sauce
8. Add chives and sesame seeds
9, stir fry evenly
Tips:
1. When stir-fried yuba should be slowly stir-fried until golden brown;
2. Sesame seeds are indispensable, not only good-looking but also more fragrant when placed in the dish.
