Stir-fried Yunnan Melon with Lean Pork

Prepare ingredients: Yunnan melon, pork lean meat; PS: I chose pork zhan meat to be more delicious.

Peel the Yunnan melon, wash and slice,

The pork slices, salt, soy sauce, oil, and chicken powder mix are all marinated;

Heat the pan, pour the oil, and stir-fry the lean pork meat until it is ripe;

Stir-fried small Yunnan melons, seven mature;

Add the fried pork lean meat;

Just add salt and green onions and stir fry;
Tips:
1. The taste of Yunnan melon is better after peeling;
2. Lean meat needs to be fried in a big fire, so it can't be firewood
