Yunnan Melon Pancakes

Wash and shred Yunnan melon.

Beat in two eggs.
3.
Add two spoons of flour.
4.
Add the right amount of salt.

Add an appropriate amount of water and stir.

Lin a little soy sauce and cooking oil.

Tips:
There is already moisture in the Yunnan melon, so don't add too much water. Adding two eggs will make the noodles softer, and you can add other carrots and other dishes in it to be just as delicious.
