Stir-fried Bacon with Melon

Prepare ingredients.

After the bacon is washed, it is steamed in a steamer.

Slice bacon, cut small melon into thick strips, cut green garlic and parsley into sections, cut red pepper into diagonal slices, slice garlic seeds and set aside.

From the oil pan, add the garlic slices, green garlic white, parsley, and red pepper fry until broken, set aside.

Tips:
1. Use rice washing water or hot water to clean the bacon, you can get twice the result with half the effort, and the washing is very clean.
2. If you don't want to steam it in advance, you can actually simmer it directly in the pot, depending on your personal preference.
