Stir-fried Yunnan Melon with Tuna

1. Wash and slice Yunnan melons and carrots.

2. Add oil in a hot pan, add Yunnan melon and carrot slices and stir fry for a while.

3. Sprinkle in a little water, stir fry, cover and simmer for about 2 minutes.

4. Stir-fry until the small melons are ripe and turn off the heat.

Tips:
