Stir-fried Yunnan Melon with Tuna
1.
Wash and slice Yunnan melons and carrots.
2.
Add oil in a hot pan, add Yunnan melon and carrot slices and stir fry for a while.
3.
Sprinkle in a little water, stir fry, cover and simmer for about 2 minutes.
4.
Stir-fry until the small melons are ripe and turn off the heat.
5.
Put it on the disc first for later use.
6.
Re-start the pan, add oil, add ginger slices and stir fry to get a ginger flavor.
7.
Then pour the whole box of canned tuna, add the right amount of soy sauce, and stir fry quickly.
8.
Add the melon just now and stir fry together.
9.
Add 3 teaspoons of chicken powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and stir-fry evenly.
10.
Pour an appropriate amount of tail oil before serving, stir-fry for half a minute, then turn off the heat to load the dish.
Tips:
1. Don't put soy sauce in the fried melon, otherwise the melon will be sour.
2. The fishy smell of tuna can be eliminated with ginger oil. Adding soy sauce to fry it during stir-frying can increase the umami taste.
