Stir-fried Zucchini Melon with Dried Shrimps and Colored Pepper

Wash the zucchini.

Cut in half and cut into thick slices.

Remove the seeds and cut the colored pepper into small pieces.

Peel and mince garlic.

Soak dried shrimps in water.

Heat up a frying pan to explode the garlic and dried shrimps.

Add zucchini and fry until soft.

Add the colored pepper and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add salt and sugar chicken powder and stir well.
