Ingredients

Stir-fried Zucchini with Tomatoes

1. Wash the zucchini, remove the flesh and slice it for later use.

2. Wash the tomatoes and cut into small pieces for later use.

3. Slice the peeled garlic and set aside.

4. Heat a little peanut oil behind the pan, then add garlic cloves and saute.

5. After smelling the garlic, add the cut zucchini and stir fry over high heat.

6. When the zucchini is slightly collapsed, add the cut tomatoes, season with a little salt, and stir fry over high heat.

7. After the tomatoes are soft, add a little water to the pot and turn off the heat for two minutes before serving.

Tips:

I usually use two tomatoes to fry, but today I added a little water to the pot because there is only one tomato left. In this way, the zucchini is basically immersed in the tomato soup during the process of boring, which is more convenient to taste.
