Stir Fry

Soak sweet potato vermicelli with water to soften.

Peel the winter bamboo shoots and blanch them in a pot under cold water.

Shred dried tofu, carrots, and winter bamboo shoots.

Wash the mustard greens.

Shred the tenderloin, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce and starch, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Cut the mustard into sections.

Put the oil in the pot and heat it to 50% heat, add the shredded pork and stir fry to change the color and serve.

Put another oil in the pot to heat up, add the vegetables and stir fry.
9.
Add the soaked vermicelli, add a little water, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the fried shredded pork, add salt, cooking wine, and light soy sauce to season and stir well.
11.
The fried dishes are best used to make burritos.
