Stir-fry Oyster Mushrooms in A Dry Pot

Tear the oyster mushrooms and cook them in water. Cut the green onion, ginger, garlic, dried chilies and green peppers.

Let the cooked oyster mushrooms cool slightly and squeeze the water out of the oyster mushrooms by hand.

Cut the pork belly into small pieces, add less oil in the pan, add the pork belly and stir fry until charred.

Add oyster mushrooms.

Tips:
1. The seeds of dried chili are not spicy, it is mainly fragrant.
2. Long sharp peppers have a degree of spiciness. If you don't eat it, you can replace them with ordinary sweet peppers.
3. Put the chicken essence when you eat it, not put it if you don't eat it.
