Stir The Pig Ears
1.
To clean pig ears, be sure to burn the hair clean, and use a wire brush to clean it when it is too late!
2.
Blanch the water for 3-5 minutes to get rid of the burnt smell
3.
Put the pig's ears in the pot, add water that is almost no longer than the pig's ears, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine or other white wine, add an appropriate amount of pepper, star anise, bay leaves, and cinnamon. Simmer for about an hour, I use a rice cooker, which saves trouble.
4.
After an hour of simmering and only cooked through Microsoft, pick it up and let it cool, then slice it! (The phone has a problem, the picture is missing😔)
5.
Chop the pig's ears, chop the green onions and coriander, add salt, oil, soy sauce, oil, pepper, and old vinegar, stir well, stir the pig's ears and you're done!
