Strawberry Muffins
1.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, prepare 12 muffin cups, and brush the inner wall of the cup with a layer of butter (to prevent powder sticking)
Prepare a blender, add flour, baking powder, baking powder and salt and stir, then add butter, and stir for about 2 minutes. Add eggs and 2 teaspoons of vanilla one by one, and continue to stir until blended together. Add sour cream and continue stirring. After blending, add the diced strawberries and stir gently. ;
2.
Use a spoon to scoop the stirred batter into the muffin cup, remember to fill only 3/4 of the cup body, and then bake it in the oven for about 14 minutes, until the surface is golden brown, and the baked muffin is left for 5 minutes until cool down.
3.
Stir the cream, honey and 1 teaspoon of vanilla into whipped cream, pour it into the piping bag, squeeze a thick layer of cream, and glue fresh strawberries.
4.
Is it mouth watering?
Tips:
1. Strawberries can be exchanged for other fruits, free to play~
2. It is best not to substitute white sugar for honey. The muffins with honey have a super good fragrance and a thick taste!
