Street Food---grilled Fish Skin

Prepare the fish skin.

Carrot slices.

Toothpicks are disinfected with boiling water.

Cut fish skin, carrot slices, add all the seasonings, mix well and marinate for 1-2 hours.

The marinated fish skin and radish slices are skewered with toothpicks.

Put the skewered fish skin and radish slices into a grill pan filled with oil.

Bake it over low heat.

Sprinkle some chili powder to make it more spicy and flavorful. Or brush with chili oil after being out of the pan.

Serving the roasted radish first, because the radish is easy to ripen. Afterwards, roast the skin of the fish to bring out the pan.

Serve with grilled fish skin.
