Stuffed Bitter Gourd

Prepare the ingredients

Add minced green onion, minced ginger, egg white, cooking wine, light soy sauce, a little sugar (for freshness), salt, five-spice powder, chicken essence in the meat filling

Grasp well, mix well and marinate for ten minutes to taste
