Stuffed Chicken Drumsticks

Soak the drumsticks to remove the blood and chop small pieces.

Set aside the fermented juice, chop the green onion, ginger, and garlic.

Pour a little oil in the pan, add the chicken legs and stir fry until the color changes.

Add green onion, ginger, minced garlic, and star anise and fry to create a fragrance.

Add the dark soy sauce and stir fry until it's colored.

Pour the cooking wine and fermented juice until the chicken nuggets are just over. Bring to a boil on high heat and turn to medium and low heat to simmer.

Boil until the soup becomes less, add some salt to taste.

Turn to high heat until the soup thickens. Turn off the heat and sprinkle a little chopped chives.
