Stuffed Meat with Mushrooms

Remove the roots of the shiitake mushrooms and wash the plate for later use.

Wash the beef and drain the water.

Cut meat into pieces ➕ green onion and ginger together into meat filling.

Take out the meat and place it in a container. Add salt, chicken powder, oyster sauce, light soy sauce and starch and stir in one direction.

Add the minced meat to the shiitake mushrooms.

Wrap it tightly with tin foil and put it in the oven (preheat the oven at 200 degrees, 20 minutes for the middle layer). If you are not sure whether the meat is cooked or not, press it with your hand after baking. If it is hard, it will be cooked, and if it is soft, bake it for a while.
