You seldom eat oily tofu, even if you eat it, it is mostly used in stewed dishes. In fact, oily tofu stuffed with meat is also a classic way of eating. It is full of fun to eat. We can't see it in the traditional New Year's Eve dinner in Shanxi, but I I feel that using the method of stuffed meat to make this dish has a fresh taste, especially with some glutinous rice in it, which is more special.

Stuffed Pork with Tofu

1. Put green onions, ginger, and garlic in the pork filling.

2. Add the glutinous rice that has been soaked in advance, and beat it with an electric meat grinder for a few seconds to break up the dry ingredients and make the meat stickier by the way. Then put some salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine and mix thoroughly.

3. Use scissors to cut the oily tofu and scoop out the tofu inside.

4. Stuffed meat in it.

5. Add water to the bottom of the rice cooker, put on a steamer, and steam for half an hour.

6. Dice garlic, add vinegar, very fresh flavor, and oyster sauce.

7. Pour into the pot, add water and starch to thicken after heating.

8. Finally, pour the soup on top of the oily tofu and sprinkle with coriander.

Tips:

1. The oily tofu should be larger, so it will be easier to stuff the meat.
2. Pour the final sauce on it to make it more flavorful.
