Stuffed Pork with Tofu

Prepare the ingredients, radish, horseshoe, and shiitake mushrooms and cut into the end. (The horseshoe is not needed)

Break the pork, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt and sugar and mix well, then add radish, horseshoe, shiitake mushrooms, cornstarch, beat an egg and mix well

Poke the oily tofu with your fingers to make a small one-sided hole of suitable size, and stuff the meat into the oily tofu

Put oil in the pan, fry the oiled tofu on a low fire, fry the meaty noodles first, and then fry the reverse side.

Add water or stock, simmer for 10 minutes on low heat, and simmer the meat in the oily tofu.

Take out the oily tofu serving plate, add the remaining soup in the pot to the oyster sauce, light soy sauce, salt to taste, and then collect the thick soup.

Pour the broth onto the tofu and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Tips:
1. The minced meat has a better flavor after adding sugar
2. The minced meat can be filled up to 8 minutes full, too little to lose shape after being out of the pot
3. The ingredients for meat filling can be matched at will
