Stuffed Pork with Tofu

Add minced green onion, ginger, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and salt to the pork filling and stir well.

The oily tofu is opened in a small mouth, and an appropriate amount of meat is added.

Pour a small amount of oil into the pan, and fry the oiled tofu over low heat when the oil is hot.

After frying until the shape is set, add light soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, sugar, and water.

Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
