Stuffed Pumpkin Flowers

Remove the stamens and receptacles of pumpkin flowers, tear off the old stems outside the pedicels, and clean the flowers carefully.

Finely chop lean meat, finely dice shiitake mushrooms, and put them in a large bowl with tofu and green onion

Add starch, salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and stir well to form meat filling
