Stuffed Shrimp with Mushrooms

Choose fresh shiitake mushrooms of the same size, dig out the stalks of shiitake mushrooms, and wash them for later use.

12 fresh shrimps, remove the shrimp thread and peel off the shell.

Chop into large particles. Chew in the mouth, the particles are distinct, and the Q is flavorful.

Put a little salt and pepper in a container and mix well.

Tips:
I originally wanted to use the steamed shiitake mushroom juice to thicken the juice. When I tasted it, the shiitake mushroom juice was delicious and the salt taste just right, so I saved a step.
