Stuffed Tofu

Cut the tofu into equal-sized pieces. Novices are best to use old tofu, soft tofu is easy to break.

Choose fat and lean pork, cut into small pieces and chop into minced meat. You can also let the shop use a meat grinder to make minced meat when buying meat.

Use two spoons of soy sauce, some salt, and mix well with minced meat.

Use a spoon to carefully dig holes in each piece of tofu.

Put the prepared meat filling into the hole, being careful not to protrude. Only half of the mince prepared just now is used, and the other half is ready to make meatball soup.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add tofu after the oil is hot, the side with the meat filling is facing down, and fry slowly over low heat.

Turn it over after about three minutes, and fry for another three minutes.

Use two spoons of soy sauce, one spoon of cornstarch, add a small bowl of water, and make a glutinous juice. Pour into the pot and bring to a boil on high heat, add a lid to the pot, simmer for two minutes on low heat until tasty.
