Stuffed Tofu

Sticky rice, Xiangru soak in warm water for an hour

The ratio of glutinous rice to water is 2:1, and it is steamed in a steamer

Cut the oily tofu into small portions, take out the tofu inside, mince the meat, mince the fragrant ru, and mince the onion and carrot

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the minced meat and stir fry until fragrant

Add fragrant ru, carrots, and chopped onions and fry together until they are ripe

Add light soy sauce, salt, pepper, chicken essence and stir well

Let the steamed glutinous rice cool, pour in the fried minced meat, onion filling, green onion and sesame oil, mix well

Stuff the mixed glutinous rice into tofu

Put the stuffed tofu in a steamer and steam it, then steam for 8 minutes after the water is boiled.
Tips:
1. After steaming the glutinous rice, let it cool and mix well with other fillings
2. The ratio of glutinous rice to water is 2:1, the rice is steamed harder
