Stuffed Tofu

Prepare the tenderloin and tofu

Tenderloin is chopped into minced meat, add ginger, salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, water starch, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes

Cut the tofu into pieces and use a spoon to remove the middle part

Fill the tofu with the marinated meat.

Heat oil in a pan, add tofu and fry on low heat

Turn it over and fry again. The meaty side will fry for a little longer.

Cooking wine, light soy sauce, sugar, starch, and water to make juice
8.
Pour the adjusted soup into the pot and simmer until the soup thickens

Sprinkle with chopped green onions
