Soak the shiitake mushrooms in advance, remove the stem and chop.

Heat the oil in the pan, add sugar and fry the syrup, add a little salt, and finally pour in water and starch to thicken.

Pour the gorgon juice on the oily tofu.

It can be steamed in water for 15 minutes.
Tips:
1. You can simmer the oily tofu stuffed with minced meat and add water to simmer, and finally thicken the pot. But the shape will be a little bit worse.
2. Vinegar or sesame oil can be added to the juice according to personal taste, and it is also possible to add tomato sauce.
